1. Using JasaLabs
By using JasaLabs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be an adult with the legal ability to accept these terms. If you act for a business, you must be authorized to do so.
JasaLabs provides tools for managing brands and creating, editing, saving and exporting visual content. AI generation is handled by your connected assistant, not a separate JasaLabs generation service.
2. Your account and connections
Provide accurate account information and keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account, including assistant connections.
Review permissions before connecting an assistant. You can revoke connections in settings. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you upload or create. You grant JasaLabs permission to store, process, render and deliver that content as needed to provide the service, including access by assistants you authorize.
You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use uploaded logos, images, text and other materials. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through public asset delivery. Deleting a design or brand does not automatically delete reusable assets.
4. AI output and publication
AI-generated content can contain errors, inaccurate claims, inappropriate content or material that resembles others’ work. Review every design, including copy, layout, accessibility and rights, before publishing or relying on it.
We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, copyright protection, exclusivity, brand compliance, engagement or viral reach. You are responsible for how you use and publish outputs. Our own software, branding and website materials remain protected by their respective rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use JasaLabs for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, exploitation or infringement of others’ rights. Do not upload malware, circumvent authentication or usage controls, access another user’s data, disrupt the service or misuse shared links.
We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, security risks or legal obligations. Where appropriate, you can contact us about an access restriction.
6. Third-party services
Connected assistants, Google sign-in and other third-party services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability requirements. An assistant subscription is separate from JasaLabs. We cannot guarantee compatibility or continued availability of a particular third-party feature.
JasaLabs cannot observe or control your assistant provider’s subscription limits or token usage.
7. Availability and charges
Features may change, and outages or maintenance may interrupt access. Keep your own copies of important exports. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.
These terms do not enroll you in a paid plan. Any future paid offer will state its price and payment terms before you agree to it. Separate assistant providers may charge for their services.
8. Ending use
You can stop using JasaLabs and revoke assistant connections at any time. To request account or asset deletion, email [email protected]. Retention and removal are described in our privacy policy.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will meet every requirement or produce error-free results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
You remain responsible for your content, authorized account activity and publication decisions. These terms do not replace any rights you have under applicable law.
10. Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated through the app or email.
