1. Information we collect
Account information includes your email address, optional name, verification status and account timestamps. If you choose Google sign-in, we receive the verified account information needed to authenticate you, including your Google account identifier.
We store information you save in JasaLabs, including brand details, descriptions, logos, colors, fonts, prompts, designs and uploaded assets. We also store connection permissions, authentication records and design revisions needed to operate the service. Historical generation and usage records may remain for earlier designs.
When you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Hosting and security infrastructure may process request information such as IP addresses and technical diagnostics.
2. How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, manage your account and brands, save and edit designs, render previews and exports, authorize assistant connections, send sign-in emails, respond to requests and protect the service from misuse.
We use website analytics to understand visits and interactions and improve the product. We do not treat historical AI token counts as current platform billing usage.
3. Connected assistants
When you connect an assistant, you approve permissions that allow it to read or modify particular JasaLabs resources. Depending on those permissions and your requests, it can access brand details, design content and previews.
Generation happens through your connected assistant. Its provider handles your conversation and AI processing under its own terms and privacy policy. JasaLabs does not control that provider’s retention or training practices.
You can revoke a connection in account settings. Revocation prevents further authorized access through that connection; it does not remove information already copied into a conversation or held by the assistant provider.
4. Service providers and sharing
Our service relies on infrastructure providers for hosting and database storage, Cloudflare for asset storage and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and Google for optional sign-in and analytics. They process information needed to provide their respective services. Processing may occur outside your country.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law or necessary to address security incidents, abuse or legal claims. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
JasaLabs uses authentication cookies to keep you signed in and temporary cookies to secure sign-in flows. These support account access and security.
Our production website and app use Google Analytics. Google may process cookies or similar identifiers, page interactions and browser or device information. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps.
You can manage cookies in your browser and use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking authentication cookies may prevent sign-in. Browser controls are not a substitute for consent where local law requires it.
6. Uploaded assets and shared links
Uploaded assets are delivered through a public CDN. Anyone who obtains an asset URL may be able to access that file. Do not upload confidential documents, sensitive personal information or content you are not authorized to share.
Some export links are short-lived and tied to your account connection and design revision. Public asset URLs do not have the same protection. Take care when sharing previews, assets and downloads.
7. Retention and security
We retain saved account, brand, design and asset information to provide the service. Retention depends on whether information is still needed for your account, security, operational recovery or applicable legal obligations. Expiring authentication records have separate lifetimes.
Deleting a design or brand does not automatically delete reusable uploaded assets. Contact us to request account or asset removal. We may retain information where needed for legal obligations or security; backup removal may not be immediate.
We use access controls and authentication safeguards to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and requests
You can edit your profile name, brands and designs and disconnect assistants in the app. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, email [email protected]. We may verify your identity before responding.
Your legal rights depend on where you live and may include access, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or a complaint to your local data protection authority.
9. Children and policy changes
JasaLabs is intended for adults and is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version; material changes may also be communicated through the app or email.
